This data will be used for the Checkin detail page.
The Group criteria field will have 3 options: Checkin, Acknowledge and Other feedback. Currently, the system is only using Checkin for the Checkin detail page. The remaining 2 groups are Acknowledge and Other feedback will be used for other purposes in the future.
Add New Evaluation Criteria
To add a new evaliation criteria to your organization
- Step 1. Go to Settings menu under OKR module from the left sidebar
- Step 2. Select the Evaluation criteria and click on the Add button
- Step 3. In the Add new evaluation criteria page, fill the following details:
1. Select the Group criteria is Checkin
2. Enter the Name
3. Enter the Scores - Step 4. Click Save button
Edit Evaluation Criteria
To edit the details of an existing evaluation criteria:
- Step 1. Go to Settings menu under OKR module from the left sidebar
- Step 2. Select Evaluation criteria menu -> Select the evaluation criteria to be edited and click Edit
- Step 3. Make the necessary changes and click Save button
Delete Evaluation Criteria
If an evaluation criteria is no longer operational, you can delete it. To delete a evaluation criteria:
- Step 1. Go to Settings menu under OKR module from the left sidebar
- Step 2. Select Evaluation criteria menu -> Select the evaluation criteria to be deleted and click Delete
- Step 3. Confirm your selection in the following pop-up. The evaluation criteria will be deleted.
