Holidays

The Holidays page is used to manage employees' leave days to calculate the employee's working time, there by assigning work accurately.

Create a holiday

  • Step 1. Click New day off button
  • Step 2. In the New day off page, fill in the requested details and click Save button

Edit a holiday

  • Step 1. Select the holiday need to be edited and click Edit
  • Step 2. Make the necessary changes and click Save button

Delete a holiday

  • Step 1. Select the holiday need to be deleted and click Delete button

  • Step 2. Confirm your selection in the following pop-up. The recruitment channel will be deleted. 


General Settings

The General settings screen will include the core setup functions to use the Overview menu in the Staff Workload module.

  • Staff exception: is used to select employees who do not apply working time management according to the rest. If an employee is selected in this field, the employee's name will not be displayed in the Overview menu screen list (the employee's workload management screen).
  • Standard workload per day (hours): is used to enter the working time in a day for all employees, for example, an 8-hour working day, enter the value 8 in the Standard workload per day (hours) field.
  • Working days of the week: includes two fields: working days of the week (left) and allowing day display (right). If the employee's working time is from Monday to Friday, select the value from Monday to Friday, allowing the selected items to be displayed on the Workload screen in the Overview menu.
  • Total capacity of week will show the total number of working hours in 1 week of employees
  • Integrated timesheet module will have 2 options: integration with Holiday Setting menu of Timesheet&Leave module and integration with Leave menu of Timesheet&Leave module.
    • When integrating with Holiday Setting of Timesheet&Leave module, holiday data will be taken from this screen to calculate employee working time and not using Holiday Settings data of Staff Workload module.
    • When integrated with the Leave page of the Timesheet&Leave module, the holiday data will also be used to calculate the employee's working time (only take the approved and Leave-type holidays, the related leave data. Late for work, go home early, go out, go on business will not be synced to the Staff Workload module).


      Staff Shifting

      Staff Shifting page is used to manage the working time of the weekdays of employees.General settings

      Proceed to edit the working time of an employee a day if there are changes -> Click Save button
