The Training Programs screen is used to create and manage training programs for employees, including sets of questions taken from the Training Libraries screen
- Step 1: Select the Training menu -> Select Training program -> Add
- Step 2: The system will display the Add new screen -> Proceed to enter the necessary data -> Then click Save to save the operation or select Close to close the screen and cancel the operation just done
* Explanation:
o School Training program name is used to enter the name of the
training program
o The Training type
field is used to select the skill type. This field data is taken from the
setting in section 1.5. When selecting a skill type, the Training program item field will display
a set of questions corresponding to the selected skill type. This set of
questions is taken from the Training Libraries screen
o The Minimum point field is used to enter the minimum number of points an employee must achieve upon completion of this training program. If the number of points achieved is lower than the required number, the system will display the status of the employee who has not completed the training (at the employee Profile screen -> Training).
Additional training program for staff field, if selected- will be used to select employees for this training program. Multiple employees can be selected at once. If you do not select Additional training program for staff, the training program will be for employees in the selected job position.
2. View training program information
Select the corresponding data line to view information -> Select View
3. Edit Training program
information
Select the corresponding data line to edit information -> Select Edit
Select the corresponding data line to delete -> Select Delete
